Manual tools, honest limits.
Swingalysis gives you precise two-dimensional drawing and frame-review tools. It does not infer biomechanics, diagnose movement, or turn one phone camera into three-dimensional measurement.
Lines, angles, circles, paths, and reference marks are placed by you. Any displayed angle is computed from the points you select and is only as meaningful as the camera position and chosen landmarks.
What phone video can support
- Frame-by-frame review and slow playback.
- Two-dimensional angles from three selected points.
- Visual planes, lines, circles, paths, and rectangles.
- Side-by-side and opacity-overlay visual comparison.
What is intentionally unavailable
- Club speed, ball speed, smash factor, and carry distance.
- Attack angle, face-to-path, spin axis, and spin rate.
- Pressure distribution under either foot.
- True three-dimensional joint or club measurements from one camera.
How to use measurements responsibly
Keep camera position and lens choice consistent when comparing clips. Treat on-screen geometry as a visual review aid, not a medical, biomechanical, launch-monitor, or professional coaching diagnosis.
